How to eat:
1) Wash chickpeas with clean water 1-2 times.
2) Add water to cover the amount of beans.
Soak the beans for 4-8 hours or 1 night.
3) The beans will swell twice in size.
Rinse with clean water again.
4) Put the beans in a pot to boil.
Add water to cover the amount of peas, up to 1 wrist.
Close the lid of the pot.
5) Boil over medium heat for 1 hour.
When the chickpeas are cooked and soft as desired
