How to boil barley:

1) Wash the barley with clean water.

2) Prepare for boiling using the ratio

1 part barley: 3 parts water

3) Put the barley and water into a boiling pot.

Use medium fire. Boil until boiling.

4) Turn the heat down to a low level and close the lid of the boiler.

Boil for another 30-45 minutes.

until the barley is cooked and soft as desired.

How to preserve:
