How to eat: 
The quinoa must be cooked first. So it can be eaten, we recommend 2 methods.
Boiling (like boiling rice) :
Wash quinoa with clean water 1-2 times.
Use the ratio: 1 cup quinoa : 4 cups water.
Moderate heat, takes 15-20 minutes.
